After writing my first hub, I neglected Hubpages for four months, but in the words of somebody famous, Heeeeeeeeeeeeeere's Stevie, now lets get some writing done.

Anyway, I'm new to this writing lark so all words of encouragement, advice etc greatly appreciated.  Any words of derision and general abuse will either be ignored or have me in floods of tears.
